Overview
The critical success factors for project management are virtually identical to those for requirements engineering. In fact, the Standish Group’s Chaos 10 reports show this clearly. This course describes how a requirements focused approach to project management can make significant contributions to overall project success. It is also an excellent compliment to chosen management methodogies such as Prince 2; the course will always be run by a Prince 2 or PMI practitioner. Note that this course can be easily be tuned to preferred methodology. The course can also be an excellent compliment to customisation of a project management methodology.
