Overview
Unnecessary or poorly run meetings can be real time wasters. And because of the large number of expensive resources that participate, they can real money wasters too - something that definitely not be afforded in these economically straitened times. This brief course teaches how to organise and run meetings in order to go get something from them. It also teaches when it would be better not to hold that meeting at all.
