Pre-Project Planning
1 or 2 Capiro business analysis consultants, architects or project managers can join your team during project setup and planning to help identify the most appropriate approach or mix of approaches. These same consultants can then participate in planning sessions for time, cost and resources. Additionally the consultants can assist in the preparation of the business case.
Interim Consultants
Capiro can supply interim consultants, experienced in the various approaches, to support your existing project teams. We have professionals certified in Rational Unified Process as well as certified scrum masters.
Unified Process
If you have decided or are thinking about adopting (Rational) Unified Process (RUP) we can help you do so. We can help you tailor standard approaches to your environment, provide guidelines for better practise and can train, mentor and coach your staff to quickly become independent of us.
