Overview
This version of our flagship course 'Requirements Driven Project Management' has been specifically oriented towards the needs of practitioners and other users of Prince 2TM, an approach to project management that fits particularly well with modern requirements engineering processes. The course will always be run by a Prince 2 practitioner who also has a strong background in requirements engineering.We are pleased to run this course in association with our partner company Project Performance Limited, an Authorised Training Organisation (ATO) for Prince, Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) and Managagement of Risk (MOR).
The course describes a flexible approach and does not mandate a fixed project methodology. The course is therefore relevant to any life cycle approach
