Step 4 - Strategy for Requirements Specification
Our consultants will review the type of projects conducted by your organisation. Working with you they will also examine existing standards relating to business analysis, the organisation's culture and preferences and any current initiatives. This study will form a basis for proposing effective approaches, styles and techniques for requirements specification, business process modelling and documentation, varying as relevant from Agile to more formal approaches. We can also propose approaches to requirements modelling and prototyping as means of specification. The process of specification itself will typically commence, perhaps informally, during requirements elicitation and then progress with increasing formality during requirements analysis and requirements validation.
