Training Evaluation

On Completion Of Course

At the end of every course we request that delegates complete an evaluation form before they leave the training room. The form contains questions on the following:

  • The course content
  • The course materials
  • The course management
  • The course delivery and delivery method
  • Value of exercises and case studies
  • Relevance and value to the delegate’s work
  • The venue
  • The effectiveness and customer focus of our processes
  • Suggestions for improvement

One Month Plus After Course

We also ask the delegate if it would be possible to contact them within four to six weeks of the course finishing in order to review their opinions, particularly on the effect of the course on job effectiveness and those aspects of the training event that still stand out.

The Manager’s View

We like to get the manager’s view of the effectiveness of the training course. The manager is given the opportunity on the Delegate Information Form to indicate if they would like to be contacted after the training event attended by their team member.

Using the Evaluation Information

All the information is acted upon to improve the quality of our materials and delivery. In the unlikely event that the delegate is less than satisfied we like to find out if there is anything that we can do to remedy the situation.
